Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping, and where do you deliver?
We offer free shipping within the United States on all canvas art prints. At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we are working on expanding to the Canadian market in the near future. If you’re located in Canada and would like to be notified when shipping becomes available, feel free to subscribe to our newsletter or contact us directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your artwork enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@lisaneart.com within the 24-hour window.
Can I return my artwork if I change my mind?
Absolutely. We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must coordinate the return using their own shipping provider. Returns must be sent to our studio in Ottawa, Canada.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lisaneart.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged artwork, outer packaging, and the shipping label.
We’ll arrange a free replacement, or if a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a store credit, gift card, or in some cases, a full refund. In select cases, we may request the item be returned for review, and we’ll cover the return shipping if needed.
Will I receive tracking information once my order ships?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s progress in real time.
How long does it take to receive my artwork?
Our canvas prints are typically produced within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the order date.
How is my artwork packaged for safe delivery?
Your canvas print is carefully packaged with protective wrapping and a sturdy box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event of damage during transit, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Where are your canvas prints made and shipped from?
All our canvas prints are fabricated and shipped from the United States, using high-quality materials and professional craftsmanship.

What kind of canvas do you use?
We use archival-grade, museum-quality canvas designed to last for decades without fading. Each piece is printed with rich, vibrant pigments that bring Lisane’s artwork to life.
Are your artwork ready to hang?
Yes, all our canvas prints, framed or unframed, arrive ready to hang, with pre-installed hardware on the back.
What frame options are available?
We offer a selection of premium wood frames in elegant finishes: black, oak, espresso, maple wood, and gold. Each frame is custom-fitted to your selected size, enhancing the artwork while maintaining a clean, modern look.
Some customers prefer to order the unframed version and select a different frame style on their own. For inspiration, some of the images shown on our website feature alternative frame styles not available in our collection—these are included to help you visualize how the art might look if you choose to frame it yourself.
Can I customize the size or frame?
We currently offer a curated selection of sizes and frame finishes chosen to best complement the artwork. If you’re working on a special interior design project and need custom dimensions, feel free to reach out.
How should I care for my canvas print?
To preserve the vibrancy and structure of your artwork, we recommend dusting gently with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using cleaning products or placing the canvas in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Are the colors true to what I see on the screen?
We strive for color accuracy in all our products, but slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting. Rest assured, every print is reviewed for color fidelity before shipping.

How do I place an order?
Simply select your preferred artwork, size, and frame option, then click “Add to Cart.” Follow the secure checkout process to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a faster checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify’s secure checkout, which uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information at every step. How do I use a discount code?
